Who should apply?

Owners of early-growth ABA practices in the Atlanta area who are ready to step back from day-to-day operations and work on the business. Seats are capped at 15 so every owner gets real time at the table.

What does it cost?

Nothing to attend. Office Puzzle covers the program, meals, one night at The Wylie Hotel and parking. You cover your own travel to the event.

Where and when is it?

The Wylie Hotel in Atlanta, December 10–11, 2026. Day 1 begins at 9am closes with dinner and at Il Premio. Day 2 begins at 9am and ends around 5pm.

Who are the presenters?

ABA practice owners and operators who’ve built and run successful businesses of their own, alongside Office Puzzle’s leadership team. Full speaker details are coming soon.

How does the application work?

The application takes 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside time to think through your answers: they help us build a group where every owner gets real value. Our team reviews every application, and you’ll hear back by November 12th and need to confirm your attendance by November 21st.

Can I bring a business partner or team member?

Each seat is for one owner, so every practice at the table gets equal time. If you co-own your practice, each owner should apply separately.

Do I need to attend both days?

Yes. The program builds from Day 1 to Day 2, and the cohort works best when every owner is there for all of it.

What's the catch?

There isn’t one. Office Puzzle works with 800+ ABA practices, and we see the same thing again and again: owners who are great clinicians building a business without a playbook for it. The Owners Table is our way of investing in the people who make care possible.

The program is built around running your business, not around our software, and it’s open to owners no matter what system they use. We’re happy to answer questions about Office Puzzle if you have them, but that’s not the price of your seat.
