As part of a small and rapidly growing organization, our marketing specialist will have a high degree of flexibility and must be open to working in a dynamic environment where responsibilities are shifting based on the needs of the organization.

Objectives of this role

  • Strategic Analysis (Initiate and sustain SWOT analysis for continual assessment)
  • Target Audience Definition (Develop and define target market and buyer personas)
  • Competitor Landscape (Conduct and consistently update competitor analysis)
  • Performance Metrics (Define KPIs and analytics parameters for marketing initiatives)
  • Budget Management (Determine and allocate budget estimates considering strategic priorities)
  • Use Case Development (Develop 2-3 use cases featuring current users)
  • Website Optimization (Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the website and propose strategic changes)
  • Merchandise (Coordinate selection and management of merchandise for conferences and trade shows)
  • Tradeshow Management (Oversee all aspects of tradeshows, including scheduling and logistics)
  • Advertising Strategy (Strategically plan advertising efforts on effective channels)
  • Communications Oversight (Oversee external communications on social networks, blogs, emails, etc.)
  • Training Management (Oversee the management of the academy, focusing on visual identity and presentation)
  • Message Development (Determine and maintain the appropriate tone of voice and messaging style)
  • Market Strategy/Marketing Plan (Craft a comprehensive Market Strategy/Marketing Plan presentation)

Skills and qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
  • Experience using marketing tools such as Semrush, Similarweb, Canva, etc.
